Roger Hurricane Wilson has been playing guitar since 1963, and performing professionally in his own band, as a solo artist at home, and on the road since 1972. During the years 1973 to 1985, he owned and operated the Roger Wilson Guitar Studio in Atlanta, Georgia. It was during this time that he taught hundreds of students basic and advanced guitar styles. For a few years after that, he taught in the music store owned by Geoff Hohwald, business partner of Bert Casey, the same guys that now own and operate this great online teaching forum. In addition to his professional music career, Roger was also employed in the broadcasting industry for many years, including a ten year stint with CNN. These two careers intertwined, will show students many guitar techniques in a very easy to understand and articulate, but natural delivery.
