Country Rock Guitar Solo by Jody Worrell is a free video lesson for electric guitar. You will learn a 12 bar guitar solo that can be played over a progression of D, C, and G and uses a mixture of the major pentatonic scale and chord tones. The solo also uses big soaring bends and moves gradually up the neck to create a climax. Jody will break the solo down into four bar phrases and provide note by note instruction. You’ll then have the opportunity to trade each phrase back and forth along with the jam track.
